This is a Term Appointment, initial appointment is not to exceed (NTE) 2 years.
This appointment may be extended 2 additional years at management’s discretion.A trial period may be requiredThis position is ELIGIBLE for telework; additional criteria will be required (e.g., supervisory approval).This is a NON-BARGAINING unit position.Relocation expenses will not be paid.This is an open continuous announcement.

This announcement covers multiple positions within the various Decennial Directorate of the US Census Bureau through October 19, 2018.
Specialized Experience: For the GG-14, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 in the Federal service.Experience for this position includes:Experience gathering and developing requirements related to new or time-sensitive programs.
Experience negotiating with management and other stakeholders to accept and implement recommendations.
Experience leading project teams that perform various duties to design, program, test, and deploy large-scale applications.
Experience applying project management principles to assigned projects.
Experience communicating in writing and in person to various levels of stakeholders.
Experience developing project plans including resource requirements, deadlines and cost estimatesExperience must be IT related; the experience may be demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training (for example, IT certification), as appropriate.
