Specialized experience is defined as: general administrative functions and military procedures within a unit or activity; development and dissemination of administrative directives, consolidation of reports, management of correspondence, records, and mail, and the preparation of personnel and/or pay actions.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07).
