You will serve as a Management Analyst performing analytical tasks for the Acoustic Intelligence (ACINT) Department associated with workflow, program, and financial management to support an S&TI organization.

Administer tasking, organize and administer requirements process, track and manage financial data, and administer programmatic processes.

Apply knowledge of the substantive nature of ACINT Department programs and activities, missions, policies, and objectives; management principles and processes; and the analytical and evaluative methods and techniques for assessing ACINT Department development or execution to improve Departmental effectiveness and efficiency.

Support the Department BFM with strategic planning.

All Defense Intelligence positions under the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) are in the excepted service by specific statute, 10 U.S.C. 1601.

This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive status.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Collaborate with staff on the formulation of short and long range workforce plans, goals, and objectives; 2) Provide recommendations to improve internal policy and procedural guidance deficiencies; 3) Advise and support the ACINT Department Operations Officer in the administration and management of training, travel budgets, tasking (TMS, Coliseum), funding documents, monthly contractor reports, and building RCAM records for Department BFM approval; 4) Utilize knowledge of the substantive nature of ACINT Department programs and activities, missions, policies, and objectives; management principles and processes; and the analytical and evaluative methods and techniques for assessing ACINT Department development or execution to improve Departmental effectiveness and efficiency.
