This position is located within the Office of Research and Analysis, in Washington DC, District of Columbia.

To qualify for this position at the GS-12 grade level, applicants must possess at least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade (GS-11).

Specialized experience is defined as: extraction, analysis, and reporting of performance data; analysis of Agency data in relation to other variables, including demographic and geographic variables, drawn from external datasets and sources; reporting results of analyses through ad-hoc and standardized reports, data dashboards, GIS maps, and other data visualizations; and implementation of processes and protocols for reporting accurate, high quality performance data of an organization, unit or program.

To qualify for this position at the GS-13 grade level, applicants must possess at least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade (GS-12).

Specialized experience is defined as: coordination of Federal performance measurement programs; application of social science research and evaluation models and methodologies; coordination or assistance with management of evaluation or performance measurement contracts; use of multivariate statistics and social network analysis; and application of federal laws and regulations or evaluating the content of new or modified federal laws and regulations for impact on Agency performance measurement and evaluation.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer and part time experience.

You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
