About the Position: This position is located at: Chief Information Office G-6, Network Services and Strategies (NSS) Directorate, Enterprise SVCS Capability Div.

Description of the Working Environment: The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated and is performed in an office setting involving everyday risks or discomforts that require normal safety precautions.

In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described below.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social).

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes utilizing technical theory, design, costs, and application of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Information Technology (C4/IT) systems and automation; managing and directing efforts of design, development, and maintenance activities in the life-cycle management of C4/IT systems; reviewing Enterprise level IT baselines in applicable Program Evaluation Groups (PEGs) to perform gap analysis to determine if the current baseline provides those necessary capabilities solutions required.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
