Specialized experience is defined as:analyzing specific modifications and solutions to reduce IT security risks, assisting in developing strategies for responding to future IT security challenges, leading multi-disciplinary teams to support critical strategic plans; safeguarding and archiving classified records and information; and auditing network devices.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service GS-13.
