Work schedule for this position will be Monday - Friday 0800-1630, occasional nights, holidays and weekends.
Minimum Qualifications: 1. Work experience and/or education related to the duties to be performed.
2. Work requires the use of physical exertion when preparing for and overseeing events.
3. Must be able to lift and carry light to moderately heavy items.
Best Qualified: To be evaluated as a highly preferred candidate, your resume MUST clearly reflect the knowledge and experience listed under the highly qualified criteria below.
1. Must have one (1) year experience working in Special Events.
2. Must have experience coordinating events for over 500 participants.
