The selectee for this position will serve as a Secretary in the Production Department of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.

Required Specialized Experience For the GS-08: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: advising office personnel on established administrative policies and procedures to establish routines for all office functions such as the acquisition and maintenance of equipment and supplies, scheduling meetings or conferences utilizing Microsoft Outlook, and the handling of office files/records.
For the GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: coordinating general office and administrative services to support management in the scheduling of conferences or meetings and drafting official correspondence.
