The selectee for this position will serve as an Administrative/Technical Specialist in the Corporate Operations Department (Code 10) within the Security Division (Code 105) in the Emergency Management Branch (Code 1052) in the of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV NEWPORT RI.
The incumbent will serve as the Command Emergency Management (EM) and Continuity of Operations (COOP) Program Manager and is responsible for all aspects of the Command's EM and COOP planning, coordination, and integration.

FOR NT-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-02 band (GS-05/08 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector supporting the development, implementation, management, or evaluation of an Emergency Management Security Program.
OR master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degreeorLL.B. or J.D., if related.
FOR NT-02: Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience equivalent to the NT-01 band (GS-01/04 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector assisting with the development, implementation, management, or evaluation of an Emergency Management Security Program.
OR 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree.
