This National Guard position is for a PERSONNEL RELIABILITY PROGRAM MANAGER, Position Description Number D2217000 in FAC 10A000 and is part of the MO 131st Bomb Wing.

WHO MAY APPLY: All qualified Missouri traditional guard members and those eligible for enlistment, appointment or transfer into the Missouri Air National Guard.

APPOINTMENT FACTORS: This is a Permanent Excepted Service position.

NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED: This is an Excepted Service position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the National Guard.

Selectee will be required to wear the military uniform.

Acceptance of an Excepted Service position constitutes concurrence with these requirements as a condition of employment.

Applicants who are not currently a member of the National Guard must be eligible for immediate membership and employment in the National Guard in the military grade listed in this announcement.

GS-09 Specialized Experience: Must possess 24 months of specialized experience performing a full range of administrative functions associated with properly maintaining Personnel Reliability Program (PRP) records, following applicable guidelines, monitoring and coordinating PRP information and providing guidance to wing staff and unit commanders on policy and procedural issues.

The specialized experience must also demonstrate both oral and written communicative ability; analytical experience involving research and development to include evaluation, validation, making recommendations and presentations; experience using word processing software to create, copy, edit, store, retrieve, and print forms, letters and memos; using database or spreadsheet software to create, enter, revise, sort, or calculate and retrieve data of PRP statistics; and using graphic software to provide graphs and charts for reports or presentations.

General Experience: Must possess experience, education, or training which provided a general knowledge of principles of organization, management, and administration; and experience using computer and automation systems.
