In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. FOR THE GS-05 GRADE LEVEL At least 3 years, 1 year of which was equivalent to at least GS-4 General Experience, OR a 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree, OR a combination of education and general experience.FOR THE GS-07 GRADE LEVELOne year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-05 level.
