Persons appointed with indefinite status may be separated when their services are no longer needed.
If a permanent status employee at the same grade level as this announcement is selected, Nature of Action will be Reassignment; tenure will not change.
If a permanent excepted status employee is selected at a higher grade, Nature of Action MAY be Temporary Promotion.
Should the need for the indefinite time limitations placed on this position no longer exist, the Temporary Promotion and/or the Indefinite Appointment COULD be converted to permanent action without further competition.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education or training which involves the exercise of analytical ability, judgment, discretion, and personal responsibility, and application of a substantial body of knowledge of principles, concepts and practices applicable to one or more fields of administration or management.
Experience using computer and automation systems.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have at least 36 months experience, education, or training involving the administering, delivering, maintaining, advising, and adapting advanced concepts, principles, and theories of Human Resources to the unique organizational, management, and mission requirements.
Experience assisting in the development of Human Resources policies and procedures.
Experience advising management on Human Resources principles and practices.
Selected candidate(s) will be required to be in a compatible military grade and assignment within 60 days of the effective date of placement.
Should be AFSC qualified within one year of placement action.
